Ayurvedic ideas you can bring into an ordinary day.
MyVaidya helps you explore your usual patterns, reflect on how you feel lately, and find a place to begin with food and routine choices.
What is MyVaidya?
MyVaidya is an AI-assisted Ayurvedic lifestyle service. It combines a public dosha quiz, an optional recent-wellbeing check-in, food and routine guide previews, and information about traditional herbs. An optional paid membership adds fuller guidance, a personalised roadmap and weekly check-ins.
The aim is to help you consider practical everyday choices. The service does not include a human practitioner consultation.
What does the dosha quiz tell you?
The quiz organises your usual-pattern answers around three Ayurvedic themes: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. These are traditionally associated with movement and variability, heat and intensity, and steadiness and continuity. The result can show one tendency, a combination, a mixed pattern or insufficient information.
Prakriti and Vikriti, in plain language
Prakriti describes a person’s usual constitution in Ayurveda. Vikriti describes their current state relative to it. MyVaidya asks about long-term patterns separately from the past two weeks, so a recent difficult week does not change the baseline quiz score.
This original quiz uses product scoring rules. It is not the CCRAS clinical assessment and has not been clinically validated. A result does not establish a medical diagnosis or the cause of symptoms.
Try the free dosha quiz →What is free, and what requires membership?
You can complete the quiz and see the result before signing in. A free account saves your result and opens diet, routine and herb guide previews. Those previews do not include a complete free custom plan.
Optional membership provides fuller guides, a personalised roadmap, weekly habits and check-ins, and AI-assisted wellness conversations. Monthly membership is $39 billed monthly; quarterly membership is $79 billed every 3 months. Both renew until cancelled. Review the current offer and checkout details before buying. The price, billing interval and any renewal terms shown at checkout apply to the offer you choose.
What should you expect from the guidance?
The guidance is generated with AI and informed by Ayurvedic material. It can be incomplete or wrong. It offers information to consider, not medical assessment, a prescription, or guaranteed improvement.
Herb guides discuss traditional uses, timing considerations and precautions. A quiz cannot determine whether a supplement is safe with your medicines or health history. New, persistent or worsening symptoms deserve appropriate medical assessment.
Recent wellbeing check-ins currently save the latest snapshot. A history chart is not included. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and the Terms of Service for conditions of use.
